Announcement: 17th Bar Valentine’s Day Special
To celebrate this year’s upcoming Valentines Day, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be bringing back LVBarstarzz’s Barlympics #3 competition (Youtube video here), which was held in Vegas on May 1st 2021. This competition was the first one that Phil competed in, and it was the defining competition that inspired him to join Bay Area Bars Calisthenics Vol 3. This led us to meeting each other.
In honor of the occasion, we’re inviting all fitness enthusiasts and fans of calisthenics to join us for a three-day training workout from February 14-16. We’ll be preparing for the throwback Barlympics #3 competition by posting a training workout routine on our Instagram @17thbar for anyone who wants to train with us.
If you’re up for a challenge, stay tune for more details for the training workout and get ready to compete in a friendly, high-energy competition on Friday Feb 17th. Free to join at your own leisure and at any location with a pull-up bar, whether it’s at home or in the gym.
